5 Words Daily teaches five English words a day, and adjusts to you. It works out your vocabulary level from a set of questions, then raises the difficulty as you learn — so the words stay just past the edge of what you already know.
What it does

Five a day, at your level
The app measures your vocabulary through questions and sets difficulty from there, moving it up as you learn. Five words you almost knew beats fifty you did not.

Wordlist
A record of every word learnt, so progress is something you can look at rather than something you assume.

Revision that is not a flashcard
Learnt words come back as match-the-following drag and drop, or fill in the blanks — recall, not recognition.

Statistics
Learning history as a graph, because a number you can see is a number you act on.

A Firebase notification each day. The whole method collapses the moment you start skipping.
