Prospr At Work built workforce management software for blue-collar teams — the people whose job does not happen at a desk. I owned the mobile product, built in React Native, from the app itself to the chat inside it.

Created and managed the company's main app in React Native, across both platforms.

Built the app's messaging from the ground up, so coordination lived in the same place as the schedule.

Regular work in the React web app alongside the mobile product.
Pre-seed. My first close look at what an early-stage company actually costs and actually takes — which turned out to be useful information to have before starting one.
