HealUp
Mental wellbeing · Failed startup
Sometimes the thing that helps most is saying it out loud to someone who will just listen. HealUp connects you by voice with an empathetic listener — free, private, and about whatever is actually on your mind.

What it does
-
Call a listener, free
Connect by voice with whoever is available. No fee, and no waiting to be assigned a slot next Tuesday.
-
A private one-to-one space
Every conversation is just the two of you. Nothing public, nothing posted, nothing shared afterwards.
-
Whatever is on your mind
Loneliness, stress, anxiety, a breakup, digital burnout, or simply reflecting back on the day you just had.
-
Check in, not just crash out
Regular check-ins make it a habit rather than something you only reach for on the worst day of the month.
-
Calm between the calls
Meditation and mindfulness material for the stretches in between, planned as the next thing to ship.
HealUp is deliberately not a crisis service. Listeners are not trained clinicians, the app says so plainly rather than in the small print, and anyone in crisis is pointed straight to emergency services. Drawing that line clearly was as much a product decision as a legal one.
